Compassionate Connections

At Compassionate Psychotherapy, we believe healing is nurtured not only by individual therapy, but also through community and collaboration.
While we primarily offer individual therapy services, we are proud to maintain close professional relationships with a trusted group of independent therapists who share our trauma-informed, client-centered approach. These clinicians offer specialties that complement our practice.
Although they operate independently from Compassionate Psychotherapy, we deeply value their expertise, ethics, and commitment to compassionate care.

If you are seeking services outside our scope, we are happy to refer you to these trusted collaborators.

Please note: these therapists manage their own practices and client communications directly.

Christine Contant

Registered Psychotherapist, Founder of Daring Insights

Christine brings a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, emotional fluctuations, grief, and trauma, and understands how past experiences often show up in the present. With compassion and curiosity, she helps clients regulate their nervous systems, connect with their emotions, and heal wounded parts of self to foster deeper connection and resilience.

Her passion lies in working with helpers, healers, and caregivers — those who often put others first and may feel burnt out, lost, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing or perfectionism. Christine offers a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their needs, discover new insights, and cultivate holistic wellness.

At Daring Insights Psychotherapy, Christine is honoured to collaborate in offering thoughtful, person-centered care to the community.
